Do I Need A Reservation?

How Much Does A Visit Cost?
Our standard visit is $10 and includes a hot beverage and one hour in the cat lounge. You can also purchase other beverages, snacks, and merchandise.
What Are Your Hours?
We are open Tues-Sat 10am-8pm, Sunday 3pm-8pm. We have yoga Sunday mornings and Monday evenings. We are closed to the public on Mondays.
Are Walk-ins Welcome?
Of course! We allow reservations so at the busiest times people can reserve a space. If you’re downtown, feel free to stop in, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Are Children Welcome?
Of course! We have no age minimum, but we do ask there there is 1 adult for every 2 children. We have “Adult Only (12+) Hours” Wednesday – Saturday 5pm-8pm.
Is Parking Available?
There is parking in the back lot by the “Happy Cat Cafe Parking Only” signs, street parking on Division, and parking in the vacant lot across the street.
Can I bring my cat?
No, I’m sorry you’ll have to leave your fuzzy friend at home. The cafe is a place for shelter cats to get a second chance at adoption, so you WILL be able to take one of OUR cats home with you!
When is the coffee shop opening?
We are currently reinvesting all revenue from the cattery into fully opening our coffee shop concept. We hope to open the coffee shop by Fall 2017.
How do I place an Order?
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, you can click the “cart” icon and click the purple “checkout” button. From the cart, you move your cursor to the lower-right corner of the screen and click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked your billing/shipping details.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Nope! It’s easy, we just need your billing/shipping information and a payment.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive email updates about the progress of your order at the email you have provided. When shipped, it will include a tracking number.
